     16Dice the onions small. Dice eggplant, courgette and pepper.
     17Gently fry the bacon or minced meat together with the onions and garlic until  the onions are soft, set aside when done.
     18Fry the other diced vegetables and add in the peeled tomatoes. let it simmer until soft, and then puree in blender together with the olives. Add to the meat mixture and add the grated parmesan. Bring to flavour with pepper, salt and basil.
